Linda has helped me both buy homes and sell them. Linda was outstanding, I am not usually easy to work with and have not always had the best of experiences with real-estate people. My wife and I found Linda to be very patient, humble and knew the markets well. She went above and beyond showing us houses many times several hours drive from her base  area. She always returned a call and was always willing to show us a house regardless of its location. In the end we found what we felt was a close to the "perfect" home we were going to find. We made a low offer on the home and she didn't think twice about presenting the offer and it was excepted. The closing took longer then normal due to our seller becoming unqualified on our home at the time and being self employed the financing of a mortgage compared to 15 years ago was unbelievable. In the end she did an outstanding job keeping the deal together and was with us at the closing. I never once felt she did not have our best interest at heart. Linda was an enormous help to us in purchasing our home. We met her at the open house showing of the property we purchased, and asked her to be our agent since we didn't have one.
